Getting started
Login, roles and the most important areas in the VeloStack dashboard.
VeloStack runs as a web UI under /admin/. After login you only see the data of your tenant.
Roles and permissions

| Admin | Tenant settings, users, connections, all data |
| Manufacturer | Own catalog, imports, mapping, orders |
| Retailer | Marketplace, own catalog, orders, inventory |
| Editor / viewer | Edit or read-only within the tenant |
The main areas
- Dashboard – KPIs, failed runs, quality and open items.
- Marketplace – search, compare and prepare orders.
- Catalog – models, variants, BIDEX fields and quality.
- Suppliers – connection, sync, prices and product-group mapping.
- Orders and inventory – dispatch, documents, stock and audit.
Start in five steps
- Connect a supplier: set up VeloConnect access or a CSV/Excel import.
- Sync the catalog and check the import run.
- Resolve quality findings and merge conflicts in the dashboard.
- Map BIDEX product groups onto your own structure.
- Test the marketplace and ERP connection, then release orders.
