Scope of processing

velostack.eu is a purely informational website with no user accounts, no contact forms, no cookies, no tracking tools and no advertising. No third-party services (analytics, social plugins, external fonts) are embedded.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, our web server automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser:

  • IP address (shortened where technically feasible)
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested page / URL
  • HTTP status code and volume of data transferred
  • User agent (browser and operating system)
  • Referrer (previously visited page)

Purpose: Operation and security of the website, error analysis, defence against abusive requests.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation).
Retention period: up to 14 days, after which data is deleted automatically. No merging with other data takes place.

Fonts (self-hosted)

The fonts „Open Sans", „Fraunces Variable" and „JetBrains Mono" are delivered directly from our own server. No connection is made to external font providers (e.g. Google Fonts) and therefore no transmission of your IP address to third parties occurs.

Source request form

On the homepage we provide a form that lets you request access to the private source-code repository. When you submit it, the data you entered (name, email, optionally organisation, role, message) is forwarded as a support ticket to our internal ticket system Zammad (help.veloflott.at, hosted on our own infrastructure in Innsbruck).

Purpose: handling your request and replying by email.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).
Recipients: Veloflott staff with access to the ticket system only. No forwarding to third parties.
Retention: As long as required for processing, typically up to 36 months after the last contact. A technical forwarding step (n8n workflow on our own server) only passes data through and keeps it in execution logs for up to 14 days.

Cookies

velostack.eu does not set cookies — neither technically necessary nor analytical nor marketing cookies.

External links

This website contains links to external third-party sites (including veloflott.at, veloconnect.de, bidex.bike). When you follow these links, you leave velostack.eu and the privacy policies of the respective providers apply, over which we have no influence.
