Dashboard
What needs attention today: KPIs, failed runs, quality and open items.
After login the dashboard shows the state of your tenant. The tiles are meant as a work list: green needs no attention, anything unusual is clicked directly.
KPIs
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total models | Aggregated models in the tenant |
| Variants (SKUs) | Individual size/colour variants |
| Unchecked items | Items without a complete quality check |
| Failed import runs | Imports that aborted last time |
| Due syncs | Supplier syncs outside the interval |
| Data quality | Open findings by EAN, MPN, attributes, duplicates |
| Merge conflicts | Conflicting values from multiple sources |
Action items
- Failed imports first: the run shows the cause, often a timeout or a changed supplier interface.
- Due syncs should be run before prices or stock become stale.
- Quality findings with missing EAN, missing MPN or implausible prices should be cleaned up.
- Merge conflicts should be decided before the next import overwrites them.
Understanding data quality
The quality check evaluates required fields, EAN/GTIN, manufacturer numbers, BIDEX attributes, duplicate pairs and per-model completeness. A low score is not an error but a work list. Open the row and add or confirm the values.
Documents and orders
The bottom tiles show recently created documents and open orders. From there you jump directly into the order or the dispatch history.
