Odoo integration
Order cycle between Odoo 20 and VeloStack.
VeloStack connects to Odoo 20 via the standard API (JSON-2). Odoo remains authoritative for demand and goods receipt; VeloStack handles supplier selection, dispatch route and writeback.
Order cycle
- Odoo provides demand from open draft purchase orders (
purchase.order, statedraft). - VeloStack creates one draft per supplier; each line keeps its Odoo origin.
- Review and switch the supplier, then release via VeloConnect or record the confirmation manually.
- After supplier confirmation, VeloStack writes the confirmed order back to Odoo.
- Goods receipt remains the standard process in Odoo.

Limits
- Odoo 20 only; no Odoo code, standard API only.
- No automatic ordering: rules only create suggestions.
- Suppliers without a VeloConnect route are ordered via their webshop and confirmed manually.
- An unknown dispatch status is not written back until it is clarified.
